Why 30% Actually Matters (And Most Brands Won't Tell You This)

|THE RIZZ CLUB

Walk into most fragrance shelves in India and you'll see the same thing: bottles that smell incredible in the store and fade before lunch. That's not bad luck. That's concentration.

Most Eau de Toilette sits at 5–15% fragrance oil. Eau de Parfum, the “premium” tier most brands stop at, is 15–20%. RIZZ is a 30% Extrait de Parfum — the highest concentration tier in commercial perfumery.

The difference isn't marketing language. It's physics. More oil means the scent has more material to work with as it develops on your skin over the day, instead of evaporating in the first hour. It means 2–3 sprays instead of emptying half the bottle by noon. It means the person you hug at 9pm still catches what you were wearing at 9am.

We didn't land on 30% by accident. Before RIZZ had a name, we tested 500+ fragrances and spoke to 100+ oil vendors trying to understand exactly why some scents held up and most didn't. The answer kept coming back to concentration.

So when you see a bottle that costs less than a dinner out and claims to last all day, ask what's actually in it. We'd rather show you the number than promise you a feeling.
